Middlesex Twp Police arrested Donald Chad Costello , age 44, of Ownsboro, KY after the vehicle he was operating on the Harrisburg Pike was observed drifting in and out of its lane of travel. Police detected the odor of alcoholic beverage on Costello and he was also found to be in possession of suspected Cocaine. He was taken into custody and after refusing to submit to a blood test, was taken to the county booking center where he was charged with DUI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Middlesex Twp Police arrested a Newville, PA male after he provided officers with a fake name and attempted to flee from them. Police were summoned to the Econo Lodge, 1252 Harrisburg Pike, for a subject who may have had outstanding warrants. Upon officers arrival they encountered a male who initially provided them with a name of Bill Wolf and a date of birth of 6-29-77. While officers were checking the info they had been given, Wolf ran out of the motel room and down a hallway where he was taken into custody. The girlfriend of “Wolf” called him Todd as he was being placed in the rear of the police car and she then told officers that his real name was Todd Warner. “Wolf” was taken to the county booking center where he was identified through his fingerprints as Todd E. Warner, DOB: 12-28-70. Warner was charged with Providing False ID to Law Enforcement and Flight to Avoid Apprehension.
Middlesex Twp Police arrested a township woman after it was discovered that she had stolen her mother’s car from Peach Lane in Country Manor Mobile Home Park. Police report that the mother reported that her daughter, Hanna Edwards, age 22, took the car while she was not home and never had permission to use it. Shortly after police left the mother’s residence they observed the car being driven back into the park and to the mother’s address where police took her Hanna into custody. During a search incident to arrest police located a bag of suspected Fentynal and a syringe in the shoes she was wearing. Hanna was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Unauthorized Use of a Motel Vehicle, Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving under the Influence.
Middlesex Twp Police charged a Virginia man with DUI after he was observed failing to stop at a posted stop sign and smoking marijuana while driving. Police stopped Gregory Regis, age 54, of Haymarket, VA after he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Claremont Road and Army Heritage Drive. Upon approach of the officer it was discovered that Regis was smoking marijuana while driving his vehicle. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of drug paraphernalia
